| National Competition For Poetry “Ivan Nikolov”- 2009 This year in the National competition for poetry “Ivan Nikolov” took participation 84 authors with their works. The jury has nominated the following new books of poetry: - Ilko Dimitrov. Prodavachut na kontsi.
- Palmi Ranchev. Sofijska Berlinska stena.
- Stefan Ivanov. Spisutsi.
- Fedia Filkova. Vtoro surtse i moiata tvoia liubov.
Ilko Dimitrov has won the prize for poetry “Ivan Nikolov”. On 18 December 2009 in the National Library “St Cyril and St Methodius” for the 15th time has been held the ceremony for the award with the prize for poetry “Ivan Nikolov” – the most prestigious prize for Bulgarian poetry. The initiative is of the Publishing house “Janet 45” and aims to distinguish the qualitative books of poetry written in 2009 by Bulgarian authors. The members of the jury shared their opinion about the works of the candidates, the literary competition and the Bulgarian poetic life as a whole. Each of the nominated authors read one poem from his book of poetry. The selection has been made among 84 authors. Such quantity of books of poetry in a small country like Bulgaria speaks about the literary life and is a literary event itself. |
